Printing 101: Invest In Better Hardware And Software
Greetings,
Slower computers don’t allow you to work as efficiently as possible. As a business owner, you rely on equipment to operate at optimum speed to save time. When your machine is slow, time is wasted and deadlines are harder to meet.
Most software programs are updated periodically to add more capabilities or to fix quirks found in older versions. Some upgrades offer additional features to help you work more efficiently. If you send your files to a service bureau, you want your software to be compatible with the programs used at that bureau.
Bottom line: To keep your equipment and software running at maximum speed, consider upgrading both on a regular basis. It’s usually worth the investment.
To your success,
Bonnie Gean

Bonnie,
What is a service bureau? Is that a glorified name for a printing business? If not, what’s the difference between a service bureau and a printing business?
Thanks for your help,
Karen
